Employee Benefits Advantage (EBA) was established in 2005. We have over 60 years of experience in the benefits industry. Our team has gained valuable knowledge and skills from working at major brokerage houses. Our goal is to be your company’s advocate and connect with the ever-changing world of employee benefits. We are dedicated, loyal, and knowledgeable, working not only for your company but also with your employees. Our expertise covers various areas like HR benefit specialist, financial analysis, service, sales, and management. We help identify opportunities and create innovative solutions in managing benefits programs, group and voluntary products.
We work with the nation’s largest insurance companies including, but not limited to, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Community Care, United Healthcare, Sun Life, Delta Dental, Guardian, The Hartford, Standard, Unum, Principal, MetLife, and Vision Service Plan (VSP).
